Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
By accessing and using the Premier Properties St. Barth website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services for luxury villa rentals and real estate transactions in Saint Barthelemy.
2. Rental Reservations
A deposit of 25% of the total rental price is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is not confirmed until cleared funds are received. The outstanding balance is due 30 days before arrival. Rental values are subject to a 10% service charge and a 5% tourism tax.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by property and season. Please refer to your specific rental agreement for detailed cancellation terms. In general, cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival may receive a partial refund of the deposit.
4. Property Sales
All property sale listings are provided for informational purposes. Prices, availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice. Premier Properties St. Barth acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for discrepancies between listed and actual property conditions.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Collectivity of Saint Barthelemy and, where applicable, French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Saint Barthelemy.
