Villa Coeur de Pirate is located in Anse des Cayes, a neighborhood ideally situated close to the beach and only 5 minutes from St jean and Gustavia. The villa has been designed with a particular focus on quality materials and an optimized layout to enhance the magnificent ocean views and spaces. First of all, the large living room has an incredible view, it is air-conditioned and equipped with large sofas. It also hosts a dining area inside (10 pax) or on the terrasse (12 pax) and an open semi-professional kitchen with cold storage, wine cellar, etc... to enjoy every moment together.

All bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms with walk-in showers, king-size beds, terrace, own television and dressing rooms.
The first suite (The Master) is accessed from the living room in the main building, overlooking the bay of Saint Jean, with a private lounge area with television, and outdoor shower with view as well as a huge shower indoor.
Three other bedrooms are in separate bungalows facing the ocean and quite similar except that on of them has an additional outdoor shower on the side.
The fifth bedroom is spacious and located at pool level (lower floor), close to the massage room.
Finally, the last bedroom (called Suite Arawak) is higher on the hill access with stairs or benefits from an independent entrance. It is a small villa in itself, with its own terrace with deckchair and jacuzzi, an office area, a mini-bar and always this magnificent view.

The main deck is well exposed to the sun, with a large heated swimming pool. The main deck is suspended along the rock of Anse des Cayes to dominate the view. But if you want a closer look at the sea, just take the private stairs down to Anse des Cayes beach.

There is also an air-conditioned fitness room (elliptic bike, treadmill ...) at the entrance of the villa.
