Villa Dahu is a modern and comfortable recently built property, conveniently located between the bustling areas of Grand Cul de Sac and Marigot. Despite being surrounded by activity, Villa Dahu offers a cozy retreat close to some of the island's best restaurants and attractions. You’ll be just a short drive from the dining options of Grand Cul de Sac and the vibrant hubs of Lorient and St. Jean, making this villa ideal for those seeking a central location.

Upon entering, Villa Dahu opens into a bright, spacious central living area. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and flows seamlessly into the dining area, perfect for sharing meals. The main living room, with its high ceilings, offers an inviting atmosphere. Large bay windows allow the living space to merge with the outdoor deck, where a small swimming pool, sunbathing area, dining table, and outdoor lounge await. This setup provides the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living. An open mezzanine offers an air-conditioned television area, that refresh the main commun space.

The villa's main level houses two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (180x200), smart TV, private en suite bathroom, and ample storage space. One of the bathrooms conveniently opens onto the terrace. A guest toilet is also located on the landing for visitors’ convenience.

A third bedroom is located on the lower level, accessible either by stairs from the terrace or a private pathway from the parking area. While slightly smaller than the other two, this room features a queen-size bed (160x200) and its own private entrance, making it a perfect option for teenagers or single guests. It comes complete with its own terrace, indoor and outdoor showers, and a fitness machine in an air-conditioned area. The bed can also be tucked away to transform the space into a home gym, offering versatility.

For extra relaxation, a hidden hot tub can be found at the end of a short path behind the villa, providing a peaceful spot to unwind after a day exploring the island.
