Perched high in the picturesque hills of Gouverneur, this modern Tulum-inspired villa in St. Barts promises an exquisite private retreat. Its prime location places you just minutes away from both Gustavia and St. Jean, with stunning Gouverneur Beach a short drive down the road.

Upon arrival, a staircase leads you to a spacious deck featuring a two-level pool and plush seating—perfect for sunbathing or relaxing. Thanks to automated sliding doors, the villa seamlessly transitions between indoor and outdoor living. Inside, the high-ceiling main area includes air conditioning, an open kitchen with a breakfast bar, two inviting swing chairs, a dining space (complemented by an outdoor dining area), and a comfortable lounge equipped with a smart TV, computer, and sound system.

Two stylish bedrooms ensure a peaceful night’s rest. The master suite boasts a king-size bed (200x200), a private bathroom with a striking black bathtub, plus both indoor and outdoor showers. There is also a separate dressing area with ample storage and a washing machine. Adjacent to this dressing room—or accessible via the terrace—you’ll find a second bedroom with its own closet and a small bathroom with a shower.
