Villa Lollipop, a luxurious haven in St. Barts, welcomed its first guests in November 2023. Perched in the heights of St. Jean, this villa boasts breathtaking views of the bay and convenient access to Saline and Lurin.

Upon entering the secured gate shared by two villas, you'll follow a picturesque driveway that leads to Villa Lollipop, nestled at the far end. Access to the villa's main floor can be via wooden staircases or a convenient elevator, making it ideal for carrying groceries or luggage.

The villa primarily occupies a single level, except for the air-conditioned fitness room located on the parking level. Multiple individual bungalows are scattered across the communal deck, offering a range of accommodations.

As you step inside, you'll find an inviting living area, dining space, and an open kitchen – all brightly lit and air-conditioned for your comfort. There are also convenient guest toilet facilities.

Facing the pool, which boasts stunning vistas, you'll discover a shaded outdoor seating area, perfect for unwinding and savoring the view.

Moving beyond the deck, you'll find three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering beautiful views of the valley and ocean panorama. The largest bedroom, situated at the far end of the property, enjoys its own private space with a bay window that opens onto the terrace. The other two bedrooms also provide terrace access, and they can be interconnected, making them an excellent choice for families with children. Each bedroom features its own bathroom with a shower, ample storage, a television with American channels, and ceiling fans, in addition to air conditioning.
