Villa Panama

Villa Panama is located in the hills of Saint Jean, offering both privacy and proximity—just minutes from the pristine beach of Eden Rock, restaurants as Nikki beach and boutiques.

Designed to host up to ten guests across five bedrooms or studio, the villa spans three levels. Cross the charming bridge over a tranquil lily pond, and the beauty of the property begins to unfold. Inside, you enter a contemporary living room open into the terrasse. This main level offers sofas to gather, a large billard table that can be turned into a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen (professional). Outside a plancha/bbq area allow you to grilled lobsters with the view. An additonal dining table outside is facing the view covered from the sun and equipped with a misting system for hot days. The terrace is also featuring a sitting area that can be protected from the wind or open for the breeze.

From the main level, the guest will be able to reach an office and the master bedroom: one king size bed facing the ocean, two bathroom with shower and a large dressing closet. The other bedrooms are located on different level.

The second bedroom with partial sea view is located on the upper right side of the pool, with a direct access from the upper parking lot. The entrance is from a private patio, and offer a king size bed, television, coffee machine, closet and bathroom.

A third bedroom with partial sea view is located on the lower right side of the pool, with direct access from the main parking lot. Few stairs, and you reach your own wooden bedroom with inside sitting area with television, king size bed, coffee machine, closet and bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is an apartment located on the pool level at the end the terrasse, really private it can be used as a staff room. It has a living area, a kitchen, a washing machine, a separate bedroom and a bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is a large studio at the very lower level of the villa. It has its own entrance from a private parking space in front. It features a small sitting area a large king size bed, plenty of closet, a kitchen with washing machine, and a private bathroom. It has no view on the water but has an access to a garden and a jacuzzi for relaxing time.

Whether basking in the sun or savoring a serene evening, the heated pool will surely become your favorite spot. For moments indoors, entertainment awaits. Challenge friends to a game, enjoy a movie, do a hydro-massage or keep active in the private fitness room.
