Villa Tulum is ideally located in the heights of Gustavia. You'll enjoy incredible views of Gustavia harbor, the Caribbean Sea and the sunset. Its location also allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the area while being close to restaurants, stores, entertainment and Shell Beach (within walking distance).

This two-bedroom villa can be rented individually or as a complement to the Serenity villa just next door.
It has been recently built with materials chosen to blend in with nature. Natural tones, wood materials and the presence of typical St Barth stone integrate the house perfectly. The view from the rooms allows you to visualize either the sea or the greenery of tropical plants.
The main living space revolves around the swimming pool, with a large covered terrace where you'll find the main living area: Living room, dining room and open kitchen.
This space is not air-conditioned, but benefits from large fans for maximum enjoyment.
The first bedroom is on the same level, with its outdoor shower, TV, small office area and access to a small private terrace. The pool is easily accessible from here.
The second bedroom is accessed by stairs and enjoys a breathtaking view of the harbor and sunset.
