This three-level villa, though connected by stairs, offers distinct spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The main level is a paradise of its own, featuring a heated infinity pool and inviting lounging areas with generously cushioned sun loungers. An open kitchen, a large wooden dining table seating up to 14 people, a spacious sofa to watch television or the view, and a convenient bar, all under an impressive covered terrace, create a perfect setting for memorable gatherings.

On this same level, on either side of the villa, you'll find two luxurious suites. Each suite is equipped with a desk area, cozy sofas for relaxation or TV watching, and a private bathroom. The ocean views from these suites are simply breathtaking.

A flight of stairs leads up to the top floor, where two additional similar suites await. These suites offer individual spaces on the secondary terrace, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surroundings.

On the lower floor, (the lift can be used) you'll discover the fifth and final suite, along with a well-equipped fitness room and a convenient parking area. This room has a partial view of the ocean.
